We are seeking a dynamic and experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Procurement Manager in the finance industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape and manage our procurement strategy, ensuring the effective sourcing and management of goods and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full procurement process, from identifying potential suppliers to negotiating contracts and forecasting supply needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of supply chain management and the ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Manager, you will:

1. Lead the development and implementation of a strategic sourcing plan that supports business objectives and reduces costs.
2. Manage and optimize supply chain activities for maximum efficiency and minimum downtime.
3. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery terms.
4. Develop and implement a robust contract management process, ensuring all contracts are managed and renewed efficiently.
5. Forecast procurement needs based on historical trends and business growth plans.
6. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
8. Manage RFP processes, including the development of RFP documents, evaluation of proposals, and selection of suppliers.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
10. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
11. Manage procurement activities for franchise restaurants, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Procurement Manager role will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and forecasting.
3. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and legal terms.
4. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure the best terms for the company.
5. Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
6. Experience in managing procurement for franchise restaurants is a plus.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
9. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
10. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
