Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Permanent Process Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products by optimizing our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong background in Food Production, Manufacturing, Fermentation, and Process Engineering. Responsibilities:

1. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce waste.
2. Utilize your expertise in Food Production and Fermentation to develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
3. Design, execute, and analyze experiments to develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing processes and identify areas of improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and solve manufacturing problems.
5. Develop standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, and process control plans.
6. Provide technical support and training to manufacturing team members to ensure understanding and compliance with process requirements.
7. Utilize statistical process control and other data analysis tools to monitor, control, and improve process capability.
8. Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
9. Ensure all manufacturing processes are compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Process Engineering role in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in Food Production, Manufacturing, Fermentation, and Process Improvement.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing process design, optimization, scaling, and troubleshooting.
5. Proficiency in statistical analysis and the use of process improvement tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop actionable plans.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
9. Experience with fermentation manufacturing is a strong plus.
10. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry.
