Probate & Trust Litigation Attorney

We represent a premiere boutique firm in the Palm Coast that demonstrates a sincere interest in each client, their family, and their future in all that they do. They take proactive action to ensure client affairs are in order and build a long-lasting, trust-based relationship with each client.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of a client’s case
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Design effective and winning case strategies
Draft and/or review documents and pleadings
Attend court hearings and trials, as needed
Qualifications:
Must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar
Substantial experience in Probate & Trust Administration including contested matters - the successful candidate will have been attorney of record in at least 50 probate cases, some of which should include contested matters
LLM in taxation or estate planning and/or Board Certification is preferred
An AV rating is a plus
Strong research and writing skills
Excellent organizational skills
Experience managing a full caseload
