Primary Care Physician

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to join a leading and fast growing Managed Care Provider located in Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland, OH.

We are searching for a BC/BE Primary Care Physician who is looking to join a value-based Managed Care Organization and help increase the healthy outcomes of our nation's greatest generation, our Seniors.

We offer an above average compensation package which includes a sign-on bonus and year-end bonus.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday no weekends
• 18-21 patients per day as patient panel permits
• 80-minute lunch break

Patient Panel: No more than 450, built at the rate of 30 new patients/month.

Time Off: 16 days PTO, six paid federal holidays, two floating holidays, 3 sick days.

Provided In-House Resources: Cardiology, Podiatry, Acupuncture, Social Worker, Lab, X-Ray and Pharmacy.

** Each Physician is assigned their own Receptionist, Medical Assistant and Referral Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior, dignified, well-coordinated care for low-to-moderate income seniors.
• See patients monthly to detect and manage high risk diseases.

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Geriatric training a definite plus.
• Current and uninhibited state license.
• Basic Life Support Certification.
• Current DEA# for schedule II-V controlled substances.
