We're looking for pre-litigation attorneys to join our team of accomplished lawyers. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases.

Responsibilities:
Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for plaintiff tactics
Establish a professional rapport with all clients
Answer client questions regarding proceedings, negotiations, and other related questions
Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients
Create a case strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge
Advise clients throughout the entire legal process, from intake through litigation
Manage a team to resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate
• License to practice law in Arizona, ability to practice in additional states is a plus
• Active member in good standing with State Bar
• Personal injury or insurance defense experience a must
• Bilingual is a plus
