Are you a seasoned professional in the pre-construction field with a knack for project management? Are you looking for an opportunity to work on local projects and earn top dollar? This role is critical in managing and overseeing all pre-construction activities of our commercial and multifamily real estate development projects. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all pre-construction activities, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

2. Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project feasibility and to develop efficient construction plans.

3. Conduct detailed risk assessments to forecast potential project issues and develop contingency plans.

4. Lead the bid process, including contractor selection and contract negotiation.

5. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

6. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in construction technology to improve project efficiency and outcomes.

8. Ensure compliance with all local and federal construction regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-construction project management, preferably in the commercial and multifamily real estate development sector.

2. Proven experience in managing all stages of the pre-construction process, from planning to execution.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and industry best practices.

4. Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions and cost efficiency.

6. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful contractor selection and contract negotiation.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

8. Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.

9. Relevant certifications in construction management, project management, or related field would be a plus.

10. Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
