Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in preconstruction estimating within the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor.
Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, RSMeans) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local building regulations and market conditions in Kansas City area is preferred.
