We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Plumbing Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong background in plumbing project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our plumbing projects, from design to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in the planning, coordination, and execution of complex plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of the project.
2. Provide accurate and detailed project estimates, including materials, labor, and time requirements.
3. Coordinate and manage all project activities, including scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
4. Ensure all plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance operations comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to create comprehensive project plans.
6. Regularly inspect project sites to ensure work is progressing as planned and meets the required quality standards.
7. Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
8. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
9. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
10. Resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on plumbing.
2. Proven experience in plumbing and project management.
3. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction methods.
5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and budget.
6. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
9. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
10. A valid driver's license is required.
11. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
