Job Summary:

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the linchpin of project success, you'll wear dual hats, spearheading both project cost estimation and overall project management. Your role will entail close collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project delivery. We're seeking an individual who thrives on details, boasts exceptional organizational skills, and exudes top-notch communication and negotiation prowess.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade to include field, estimating and/or project management experience of service and small project work

• Journeyman's or Master's Plumbing License required

• Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Project Manager in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations.

• Proficient in construction estimating software and tools.

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost analysis and estimation.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate contracts.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project delivery.

• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
