Job Details:

Our company is seeking an experienced Plant Production Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is an integral part of our finance industry operations, where you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of our plant-based products. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of operations, maintaining the quality of our products, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant production process.
2. Develop and implement production plans in line with company objectives.
3. Ensure that production is cost-effective and products are produced on time and are of good quality.
4. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
5. Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
6. Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
7. Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
8. Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.
9. Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.
10. Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.
11. Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
12. Develop and implement quality control programs.

Position Requirements:



Must have a bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing (Food preferred).
Credibility/Integrity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Able to build Team Environment.
Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish).
