Plant is a 24/7 Schedule, so must be open to rotating shifts!!

All phases of batch processing and packaging
This includes material charging, product sampling, and maintaining control of DCS processing
Reactor Operators will perform all required SAP functions in a timely manner
Operators will maintain all required SOPs, regulatory training and abide by all Federal, State and local agencies regulations
Reduce hazardous waste, off-spec material, and unnecessary costs

Skills:
Polyester batch processing knowledge;
DCS Knowledge; SAP Skills;
Fundamentals of hazardous waste regulations
Inventory & Cycle Counts, DOT & IATA regulations, ISO practices and principles;
Good laboratory technique (accurate preparation and testing of all samples, accurate, and complete recording of all data, neat work habits and organizational abilities)
