Supervisory Leadership: Oversee Processing, Packaging, Scheduling, Plant Accounting, Maintenance, and Warehouse through leadership personnel.

Performance Optimization: Drive plant performance by identifying and promoting continuous improvement processes in cost, quality, safety, food safety, and service.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions to optimize production and human resource utilization.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure facility compliance with safety standards, conducting safety meetings, inspections, and training to cultivate a culture of safety.

Effective Communication: Conduct weekly communications meetings with plant personnel, ensuring operational issues, goals, and performance are effectively communicated.
