Qualifications:

• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
• 5+ years of chemical plant management experience or 8+ years of experience in one or more chemical plant management functions: production, materials management, technical, engineering or maintenance
• 5+ years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing operation
• Significant Lean and 6 Sigma experience
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
• Experience with business management systems, preferably SAP
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with capital and project management
• Experience with operations accounting and budgeting
• Experience dealing with Hazardous Materials
