Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a background in the Manufacturing industry who is ready to take their career to the next level. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes, including production planning, manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and quality. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team and promote a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the plant manufacturing operations strategy, focusing on productivity, efficiency, and cost while maintaining quality standards.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other applicable regulations.
• Oversee fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and quality control processes.
• Develop systems to track production metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement improvement strategies.
• Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of leadership, ownership, and accountability.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
• Manage and optimize production planning processes to ensure effective resource allocation and scheduling.
• Implement and manage budget and production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
• Use Oracle software to maintain records, generate reports, and analyze data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a plant management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles, ISO compliance, fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and quality control.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and Oracle software.
• Strong leadership skills with a record of managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and production schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in production planning and operations management.
• High level of integrity, energy, and endurance.
