  • Responsible for overseeing the operation of the fabrication shop, production and quality.
  • Train and develop shop personnel for equipment operations of rigging, forklift, hoisting, etc.
  • Shop safety and compliance
  • Manage budget for shop operations
  • AISC, AWS, SSPC and other industry standards experience
  • Pre-bid meeting participation
  • Coordinate shop scheduling
  • QA production tracking
