Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to join our team in the Energy industry. This is a permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, production, and maintenance of our industrial manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for driving continuous process improvements, ensuring compliance with EH&S regulations, and managing a diverse team of professionals. This role is ideal for a seasoned Plant Manager who is passionate about energy production, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production targets are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the maintenance of plant equipment and machinery to prevent disruptions in production and ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure adherence to all EH&S regulations and guidelines, including OSHA and EPA standards, to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with other departments such as supply chain, quality, and engineering to align plant operations with overall company objectives.
• Monitor plant performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
• Manage budget and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the energy or industrial manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in production, maintenance, and continuous process manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of EH&S regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Proficient in the use of computer software, including MS Office Suite and plant management software.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
