Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This exciting position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging personal injury cases, where your skills and expertise will be utilized to advocate for clients who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Representing clients who have suffered personal injuries in legal proceedings.
2. Conducting thorough case investigations to identify potential legal claims and defendants.
3. Drafting and filing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Conducting legal research to support the development of case strategies and legal arguments.
5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve cases as efficiently and favorably as possible.
6. Advocating for clients at trial, presenting evidence, cross-examining witnesses, and arguing legal issues to the court.
7. Providing clients with regular case updates and maintaining clear and open communication at all times.
8. Complying with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Texas state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury attorney.
4. Proven track record of successful plaintiff personal injury litigation, including trial experience.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large caseload with multiple deadlines.
9. A commitment to client service and a passion for achieving justice for individuals who have suffered personal injuries.
