Job Title: Physical Therapist
Compensation: $75k-$115k/year, depending on experience
Location: Griffin, GA

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement medically prescribed physical therapy treatments for patients.
• Customize treatment plans based on individual patient needs and conditions.
• Consult with physicians and other healthcare departments to discuss the impact of physical therapy factors on patient health status.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Record findings, treatments, and other relevant patient information in the medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed and organized patient documentation.
• Bill patients in accordance with established procedures and ensure accurate and timely submission of billing information.
• Educate patients and their families on appropriate care, therapeutic exercises, and the use of various therapies.
• Provide guidance on home exercise programs to promote continued progress.
• Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Follow established protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to assess patient needs, develop effective treatment plans, and adapt interventions as necessary.
