Our organization is actively seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time, permanent position is perfect for a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for customer service and a proven track record in account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines accounts and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your key duties will include:

1. Managing a book of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
2. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and new business development.
3. Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, sales team, and carrier representatives.
4. Reviewing and evaluating insurance needs for risks, design appropriate insurance programs, and negotiate with carriers on coverage terms and pricing.
5. Resolving client inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
6. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products and services.
7. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
8. Assisting with the processing of renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
9. Complying with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Personal Lines Account Manager, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the sales industry.
2. A valid Property and Casualty License.
3. Proven experience in managing both commercial and personal lines of insurance.
4. Exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage a large volume of accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Proficiency in using industry-specific software and digital tools.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
9. High degree of professionalism and integrity.
10. A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
