Job Details:

Our firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Personal Injury Trial Attorney Manager who is passionate about protecting our clients and ensuring their rights are upheld. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating our team of trial lawyers, ensuring they are equipped and ready to handle personal injury cases of varying complexity. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in personal injury law, insurance defense, and plaintiff litigation. Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of four to five trial lawyers, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Handle the management and oversight of a variety of personal injury cases, representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations personally and assigning junior staff to court appearances etc.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for court proceedings, ensuring they are accurate, compelling, and in accordance with legal procedures.
• Conduct discovery and depositions, gathering, and analyzing evidence to build strong cases.
• Attend court hearings and depositions, representing our clients and advocating for their rights.
• Collaborate with the insurance defense team to manage plaintiff litigation and defense litigation effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to manage litigation issues, working towards quick and favorable resolutions.
• Keep abreast of changes in personal injury law, applying this knowledge to current cases and sharing insights with the team.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, Sr. Litigation Attorney, or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing plaintiff litigation and defense litigation.
• Extensive knowledge of personal injury law, insurance defense, and litigation issues.
• Experience managing trial lawyers and leading a team to achieve exceptional results.
• Strong skills in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Proficiency in conducting discovery and depositions.
• Excellent negotiation and representation skills, with a track record of successful case resolutions.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of professional ethics and integrity.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
