We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial case evaluations to determine the viability of potential claims.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire legal process.
• Investigate claims by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with experts as needed.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Prepare and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with internal team members, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure efficient case management and client communication.
• Stay current with changes in personal injury law and legal precedents through continuing education and professional development activities.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client confidentiality in all interactions and representations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
