Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Personal Injury Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a case load of personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including conducting initial client meetings, collecting and reviewing evidence, drafting pleadings, and negotiating settlements.
2. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
3. Representing clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
4. Drafting and arguing motions, preparing and responding to discovery requests, and participating in settlement negotiations.
5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular client interactions and excellent communication.
6. Adhering to all court rules and procedures and maintaining the highest level of ethical conduct and professionalism.
7. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless case management and client service.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership in the Florida Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Proficiency in legal research, legal analysis, depositions, discovery, motions, pleadings, settlement negotiations, settlements, court hearings, and legal proceedings.
5. Strong client relationship skills, with a proven ability to manage client interactions effectively.
6. Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
7. Proven case management abilities, with a focus on detail and organization.
8. Demonstrated knowledge of court rules and procedures.
9. A strong commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism.
10. Negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.
11. A proven track record of achieving favorable settlements and verdicts for clients in personal injury cases.
