We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a People & Culture Manager. This role requires a combination of strong organizational and interpersonal skills to successfully plan and execute various events, as well as work alongside the human resources team within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing events, coordinating logistics, and working effectively with a diverse team of employees. This candidate will also have a positive attitude and will be the 'go to' leader for all excitement and change within the organization.

This position is working hybrid in Philadelphia but will also travel to the various locations throughout the year (Boston, New York, Raleigh, Tyson's Corner, Atlanta, Boston, Tampa). Less than 25% travel required.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Work with department heads to create and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on people-related issues
  • Conduct regular training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and morale
  • Manage the performance evaluation process and provide guidance on career development opportunities
  • Develop and implement employee wellness programs and initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote open communication

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or people management roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • SHRM certification preferred
