We are in search of a dynamic and dedicated long term contract to hire a skilled individual for their PCB Layout skills to join our talented team of engineers. This exciting role involves designing and developing complex printed circuit board layouts using advanced design tools. You will work directly with our design engineers and contribute to the development of innovative products. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, and contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop PCB layouts for various applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
2. Collaborate with design engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
3. Utilize Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout design.
4. Perform mixed signal and analog circuit designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
5. Conduct thorough design reviews to identify and resolve potential issues in the early stages of design.
6. Utilize oscilloscopes and other testing tools to verify design functionality and performance.
7. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are feasible for production.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB layout design, preferably in a consulting role.
3. Proficiency in Altium Designer.
4. Strong knowledge of mixed signal and analog circuit design principles and techniques.
5. Demonstrated experience with oscilloscopes and other electronic testing tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. Familiarity with IPC standards and guidelines for PCB design and manufacturing.
10. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
11. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
