Payroll Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payroll Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. This role is an integral part of our organization, responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Payroll Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
2. Managing the administration of benefits and 401K plans, ensuring accurate deductions and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
3. Developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
4. Preparing and presenting financial reports related to payroll and benefits, providing insights into trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and management.
6. Managing and resolving any payroll-related issues or queries from employees.
7. Conducting regular audits of payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
8. Managing and developing the payroll team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Payroll Manager role will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll management role, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Proficiency in payroll processing, accounting, financial reporting, and financial management.
4. Experience in benefits and 401K administration.
5. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a non-financial audience.
8. Proficiency in using payroll and accounting software.
9. Knowledge of all relevant laws and regulations relating to payroll and benefits administration.
