As a Permanent Payroll Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Payroll Manager role will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll management role, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Proficiency in payroll processing, accounting, financial reporting, and financial management.
4. Experience in benefits and 401K administration.
5. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a non-financial audience.
8. Proficiency in using payroll and accounting software.
9. Knowledge of all relevant laws and regulations relating to payroll and benefits administration.
