Job Details
- Develop and oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.
- Provide strategic leadership to the payroll team, fostering accountability and driving results through coaching.
- Generate timely reports, including benefit reports, and fulfill requests from executive leadership.
- Manage new employee onboarding and assist in audits and filings with external agencies.
- Facilitate year-end processes, including W-2’s and 1099’s.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
