Job Details
This Payroll Manager would be an ONSITE role.
The right candidate will have:
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, tax obligations, and reporting requirements for payroll.
- Oversee complete payroll cycle, including processing, reconciliation, validation, and record maintenance.
- Manage payroll team, delegating tasks and supervising multi-state payroll for all employee types.
- Handle wage garnishments, tax levies, and support orders for employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR information and coordinate termination/exit procedures.
- Participate in performance reviews and facilitate employee disciplinary actions.
The right candidate will have:
- 5+ years in Payroll (ideally with some sort of leadership experience)
- Associates or Bachelors in Human Resources (or related degree)
- Multi-state payroll
- Ideally experience with ADP WN
