Job Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and guidance to the Payroll Supervisor/Assistant.
Maintain an accurate employee payroll database, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Review timecards for accuracy, promptly resolving discrepancies.
Prepare various reports on a regular basis.
Utilize spreadsheets to calculate and present tax and benefits requirements.
Prepare journal entries and maintain payroll history files.
Process employee direct deposits and payment vouchers.
Support internal and external audits related to payroll compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Payroll Department and the organization
