We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Real Estate Partner to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Partner specializing in both commercial and residential transactions, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic counsel, overseeing complex real estate matters, and driving business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice on property rights, zoning, and compliance.
• Manage client relationships and drive business development.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and trends.
• Develop strategic business initiatives for growth.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the state Bar Association.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on both commercial and residential transactions.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex real estate transactions from inception to completion, with demonstrated expertise in

negotiation, drafting, and transactional execution.

• Portable book of business ($300,000+)
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships,

and drive revenue growth.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all

levels.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services that

meet or exceed client expectations.

• Proficiency in relevant legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
