We are actively seeking experienced and ambitious Equity Partners to join and lead our practices in several key areas, including but not limited to Corporate Law, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Tax, Health Care, and Environmental Law. These positions are open across our national offices. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of business development, client service excellence, and a portable book of business. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow your practice area, setting strategic goals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Contribute significantly to business development efforts, expanding the firm’s client base and deepening existing relationships.
Mentor and develop junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Participate actively in the firm’s management, including decision-making processes affecting the firm’s strategic direction and operations.
Maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and compliance with all firm policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
A minimum of 10 years of legal experience in a specific practice area, with a strong preference for candidates who have achieved partner level at a reputable law firm.
A substantial portable book of business demonstrating a proven ability to attract and retain clients.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Commitment to professional development and mentoring junior legal talent.
