Partner Attorney - Insurance Defense

We are seeking a dynamic and diligent Associate for our firm located in beautiful West Palm Beach. Responsibilities:
As an Associate, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Managing a diverse caseload of product, premise, and general liability, auto, insurance defense, and healthcare matters.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents.
3. Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on a range of issues.
4. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.
5. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
6. Collaborating closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters.
7. Ensuring all case files are updated and maintained accurately.
8. Staying abreast of current trends, laws, and regulations within the legal industry.
9. Maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and compliance with all firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within product, premise, and general liability, auto, insurance defense, and healthcare sectors.
3. Active member of the Florida State Bar.
4. Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
