We are on the lookout for a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced Permanent B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where you will be responsible for driving sales growth by creating and fostering relationships with new and existing clients. You will be at the forefront of our organization, representing our brand, products, and services in the field. This role will involve a significant amount of time spent on the road, meeting clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and target potential business-to-business (B2B) customers, including home builders and developers.
  • Conduct regular prospecting and cold-calling activities to establish new business relationships.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a B2B Outside Sales Representative or in a similar role within the Construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a territory and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of home builders and developers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for understanding customer needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be a plus.
