We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Permanent Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong sales acumen and a passion for the pipe, valve, and fitting industry. The successful candidate will have the chance to build and maintain client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth. If you have a knack for identifying potential business, can negotiate and close deals efficiently, and have a proven track record in industrial wholesale distribution, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expert knowledge and understanding of pipe, valve, and fitting products to generate sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify and secure new clients within your designated territory.
  • Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies to expand our customer base and strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Provide exceptional account management by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and submit them to the management regularly.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote our brand.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience or training in industrial wholesale distribution, specifically in the pipe, valve, and fitting industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, territory management, and account management.
  • Proficient in cold calling and prospecting with a hunter mentality.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial supply sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory regularly.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
