Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional? Do you have a passion for the medical field and a knack for building strong relationships with clients? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outside Sales Representative for our Medical Devices division. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our footprint in the medical device market. You will be the face of our company, working to establish relationships with private practice healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

As an Outside Sales Representative for Medical Devices, you will:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
2. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
3. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
4. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
5. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
7. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and trends.
9. Continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A minimum of 2 years of proven outside sales experience.
2. A strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
3. Proven work experience as a sales representative in the medical field.
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
5. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
6. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
7. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
8. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
9. Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
10. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
