Job Details:

We are seeking an Oracle EBS Analyst (P2P) to join our growing, and dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EBS with a focus on the Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Oracle Federal Financials, or Federal Accounting, and P2P. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional analytical skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the technology industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configuration in Oracle EBS P2P modules.
2. Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on Oracle EBS to staff members.
3. Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key projects.
5. Conduct periodic reviews of Oracle EBS application to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.
6. Develop and maintain system documentation for Oracle EBS, including configuration setup and process flows.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle EBS issues, liaising with Oracle Support as necessary.
8. Provide end-user training on Oracle EBS P2P modules and act as a subject matter expert for all P2P related queries.
9. Participate in the planning and execution of Oracle EBS upgrades and updates.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle EBS, particularly in P2P modules.
3. Experience with Oracle Federal Financials is a must.
4. Hold an active DoD Secret Clearance.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proven experience in creating and maintaining system documentation.
9. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
10. Experience in training end-users on Oracle EBS P2P modules.
11. Knowledge of Oracle EBS upgrades and updates will be a plus.
