Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions for clients in the energy industry, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs and industry best practices.
2. Conduct comprehensive validation and testing of Oracle HCM solutions, identifying any issues or areas for improvement and ensuring that solutions are fully functional and meet client requirements.
3. Provide expert advice to clients on Oracle HCM solutions, working closely with them to understand their needs and providing clear, actionable recommendations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical and support teams, to ensure that Oracle HCM solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with wider business strategies.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle HCM and the energy industry, using this knowledge to continually improve and innovate in your role.
6. Develop and deliver comprehensive training to clients on Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills to effectively use these tools.
7. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all Oracle HCM solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field. A master's degree or relevant industry certifications would be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM, including experience in validation and testing.
3. Demonstrable experience in the energy industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
7. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide expert advice and support.
8. A passion for technology and innovation, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle HCM and the energy industry.
