We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Oracle Cloud Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team in the Energy industry. This role requires a tech-savvy, goal-oriented individual who has a deep understanding of Oracle cloud applications and the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Cloud Payroll. This position will play a pivotal role in our team, providing strategic project management and technical expertise to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud solutions for our clients in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage various Oracle Cloud implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
3. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
4. Leverage Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Cloud Payroll to drive business process improvements and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
5. Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Cloud solutions, assisting in the configuration and troubleshooting of Oracle Cloud applications.
6. Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Oracle Cloud applications.
7. Continuously monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders, identifying potential risks and devising contingency plans.
8. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
9. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Oracle Cloud solutions and the energy industry, incorporating this knowledge into project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud project management, specifically with Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Cloud Payroll.
3. Proven experience in the energy industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
4. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
8. Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.
9. Willingness to travel as needed for project implementation and client meetings.
