Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in printing, packaging, and manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and maintaining accurate production records. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations in the manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
2. Implement and drive Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
3. Manage and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining the highest quality standards.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, documenting all operational processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
5. Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless integration of operations.
7. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
8. Stay abreast of the latest developments in the manufacturing industry, implementing new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
9. Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
10. Manage budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in printing and/or packaging industries
4. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
5. Demonstrated ability to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and productivity.
6. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
