We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and results-driven Operations Manager. This is a permanent full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving processes, ensuring safety and quality, developing employees, and implementing strategic plans. With your extensive knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement, you will be instrumental in reducing costs, managing inventory, and improving our supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met at all times.
  • Develop, implement, and manage cost control plans and operating budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Plan and forecast operational needs, managing resources effectively to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
  • Make informed, strategic decisions that drive operational success and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Manage inventory effectively, implementing strategies to reduce waste and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Lead teams effectively, promoting collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, forecasting, and managing operating expenses.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain management.
  • Solid understanding of business strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in cost reduction and business process improvement.
