Job Details:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This is a permanent position and a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage a wide range of operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in After Sales Operations, Installation, Projects, Customer Service, Warehouse, Delivery, Order Fulfillment, Project Coordination, and Construction. The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the construction projects, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
2. Manage the installation process and after-sales operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Oversee warehouse operations, delivery, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment.
4. Lead and supervise a team, providing training and guidance as necessary to maintain a high level of performance.
5. Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate and prioritize tasks.
7. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as legal and contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in after-sales operations, installation, projects, customer service, warehouse, delivery, order fulfillment, and project coordination.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
7. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
11. Knowledge of construction industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
