We are seeking an energetic and experienced Permanent Operations Manager - Electrical in the Construction industry to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical operations and project managers, ensuring all work is completed within budget, on time, and meets all safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of all electrical projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets our high-quality standards.
2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
3. Managing the financial aspects of the operations, including budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
4. Monitoring progress of projects, identifying any issues or delays, and taking necessary action to mitigate any risks.
5. Ensuring all operations comply with safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
6. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project goals are met.
7. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management in the construction industry, specifically in electrical projects.
3. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
4. Proven experience in strategic planning and financial management.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
8. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and standards.
9. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. Professional certification in Project Management or Operations Management is a plus.
