The Operations Manager will oversee daily company operations, including staff management, process efficiency, and identifying areas for improvement. They will collaborate with other departments to ensure the company meets its goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of operations management experience
• An Electrical Engineering Degree is preferred
