Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and increase efficiency across departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize automation tools and technology to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of new software systems to support operational improvements.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to processes, procedures, and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new systems and procedures.
  • Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist with general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts.
  • Travel to warehouses around the country as needed to assess operations and provide support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in operations improvement, process optimization, or business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience working with General Ledgers.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, such as workflow automation software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to warehouses across the country.
  • Availability to work onsite five days a week during regular business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm).
