Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Operations Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-driven individual to utilize their skills and knowledge in a challenging and rewarding environment. As an Operations Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role will require a high level of interaction with various departments within the organization including operations, sales, marketing, and finance.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
2. Implement new operational procedures and policies to streamline processes and improve overall business performance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
4. Coordinate with the IT department to automate processes and implement new technologies to support business operations.
5. Conduct regular performance analysis to identify areas of concern and propose corrective actions.
6. Develop and maintain operational standards and procedures in line with the company's strategic objectives.
7. Support the operations team in the implementation of new projects and initiatives.
8. Provide training and guidance to staff on new operational procedures and policies.
9. Oversee the management of operational risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations development or a similar role.
2. Proven experience with CallPotential or equivalent.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
5. Strong knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
6. Proficient in using IT systems and tools to automate processes and improve efficiency.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
8. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
9. A degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
