Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all office operations to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage financial tasks, including preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Use advanced Excel skills, such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Prepare and process monthly sales tax and ensure all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.
  • Handle payroll duties, including processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and resolving any payroll issues.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed, such as ordering office supplies and managing contracts and agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive dealership or finance industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with payroll processing and monthly sales tax.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
