Jobot is seeking an experienced Night Shift Operations Manager!

This position is responsible for providing management, leadership, and training to night shift staff. This position directs up to 15 employees on the night shift in 3 different departments.

Responsible for 3 production lines!

CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO WORK A DEDICATED NIGHT SHIFT.


Related Experience Requirements:

Previous production experience

• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Superior mechanical aptitude
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Familiarity with automated process controls
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team oriented
• Preferred: Milling experience
• Willing to obtain Class A CDL at company's expense
