Job Details
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the Construction industry.
- Ability to provide a project list with at least five ground up multifamily wood frame builds
- Proven experience with wood frame, wrap construction, garden style, multifamily, and multi-family units.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- A thorough understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
