Multifamily Estimator

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Estimator to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to be a part of a leading construction company that values innovation, quality, and collaboration. The Senior Commercial Estimator will play a critical role in our commercial projects, working closely with our team to ensure accurate cost estimations and effective project execution. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Qualifications:

1. Successful history as an Estimator on Multifamily Construction projects.
2. Strong work history
3. Proficient in using cost estimation software and tools.
4. Preferred knowledge/experience within luxury ground up custom projects within multifamily, condos, luxury, etc.
5. Exceptional skills in blueprint reading, financial analysis, and budgeting.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
8. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
9. Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely cost estimates on large-scale commercial construction projects.
10. Professional certification in cost estimating or construction management is a plus.
