Are you a dynamic and driven finance professional with a passion for the manufacturing industry? We are currently seeking a Permanent Multi-Plant Controller to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a pivotal role in our financial operations across multiple plant locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations, including cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, financial reporting, financial analysis, inventory management, internal controls, fixed assets, capital projects, accounting, and finance. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Plant Controller, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing the financial operations of multiple plant locations, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals and objectives.

2. Developing and implementing robust financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

3. Leading cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation and cost analysis.

4. Preparing and managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance against these plans, and providing regular updates to senior management.

5. Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

6. Managing the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.

7. Overseeing inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and reporting of inventory.

8. Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

9. Managing fixed assets and capital projects, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.

10. Providing leadership and guidance to finance teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

3. Proven experience in roles such as Plant Controller, Controller, Site Controller, or Regional Controller.

4. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and cost accounting.

5. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, financial reporting, and financial analysis.

6. Demonstrated experience in inventory management, internal controls, fixed assets, and capital projects.

7. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data.

8. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

10. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
