We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our legal department, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, demonstrating your exceptional skills in labor and employment litigation. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of both state and federal courts, with a proven track record in employment litigation. This position offers a hybrid schedule and low billables, giving you the flexibility to manage your own time and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

As a Labor & Employment Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Representing clients in both state and federal courts on labor and employment litigation matters.
2. Effectively managing discovery, law and motion, arguing motions, drafting pleadings, and drafting briefs.
3. Providing expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of labor and employment issues.
4. Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to achieve successful results for our clients.
5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in labor and employment law.
6. Working collaboratively with other members of the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
7. Proactively identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney.
4. Extensive experience in labor and employment litigation, including working with state and federal courts.
5. Proficiency in discovery, law and motion, arguing motions, drafting pleadings, and drafting briefs.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
8. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical standards.
